What if I arrive late?

If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your booked time, your reserved bikes and helmets will be left in the rack locked for you to pick up. The lock code will be sent to you via text or email. No additional services will be offered.

How do I pay?

Payment is accepted via Interac e-transfer to manbeckmichael@gmail.com or Canadian cash upon arrival. Payment is preferred before you depart.

What if a bike is unavailable?

If a bike you want is out of service or being rented, we will notify you in advance and try to accommodate you with substitutions.

What should I do in case of a bike issue?

Contact 705-888-7065, and Michael will provide assistance or a replacement bike if necessary.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, please notify at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. 

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, you can extend your rental by contacting us. Additional charges will apply based on the extended period.

Are helmets included with the bike rental?

Yes, helmets are offered with all bike rentals.

Are there any age restrictions for renting a bike?

Renters must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.

Can I rent bikes for a group?

Yes, we accommodate group rentals. Please contact us in advance to ensure availability.

What should I do if I damage the bike?

Please inform us immediately. We ask that you respect our equipment and take responsibility for any damage.

Are pets allowed on the bikes?

For safety reasons, we do not recommend bringing pets with you.
